Balaji Dosai in Kegalle is a fantastic South Indian restaurant that really impressed us. The best part was the 'Cheese Kara Dosa,' which was like a crispy pancake filled with gooey cheese and tasty spices. The 'Ulundu Wada' and 'Dhal Wada' were crunchy on the outside and yummy inside. The 'Chapathi Set with Channa' was a tasty combo, and we enjoyed two cups of tea with our meal. Besides the delicious food, what stood out was their superb customer-friendliness. The staff was really friendly and made us feel welcome. The washrooms were also impressively clean. Additionally, Balaji Dosai makes things convenient with both card and cash payment options. So, whether you prefer paying with your card or cash, they've got you covered. The overall experience was not just about the amazing food but also the comfortable and customer-friendly atmosphere they provided. It's a great spot for delicious South Indian cuisine with excellent service.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Balaji Dosai while searching for a vegetarian meal at Kegalle. Menu is simple and covered most of the required items which has a diverse selection. Quick service. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone requiring vegetarian food in Kegalle to visit this place.

Proclaimed as the only vegetarian food chain in Sri Lanka, not sure about that though. I would say the food is really good and made using quality ingredients. We tried their Ghee Dosai and Onion Dosai. Ghee Dosai was really good, didn't like the onion one. We went there to have lunch on a weekend, but it was not crowded at all at that time. The service was quick. The price is kinda higher compared to other Indian food chains, but the quality is also high, so the prices can be justified. You can dine in or takeaway. Recommended.

It is a great place to have a tasty and authentic indian foods. Worth for money also the taste is so unique. By the way the service offered was great as well. Will surely visit this place again and try new different dishes.
